The Process:

Step 1: Liquid Enhancement
As spray liquid flows from your tank, it passes through custom-designed manifolds containing precisely configured magnetic arrays. These manifolds can be retrofitted to virtually any agricultural boom sprayer, regardless of make or model.

Step 2: Molecular Transformation
Within the magnetic manifolds, your spray liquid undergoes a profound transformation. All natural water sources contain microscopic mineral entities called “dollops” – particles 50,000 times smaller than a human hair. As the liquid flows through our customized magnetic fields, these tiny particles group together, forming larger, more organized clusters.

Step 3: Droplet Conditioning
These clusters continue to grow, transforming into larger pre-crystalline entities in the form of non-crystalline amorphous calcium carbonate. While growing over 150 times their original size, they remain microscopic – still 200 times smaller than a human hair. This transformation gives your spray droplets enhanced properties that dramatically reduce fine droplet drift and improve spray coverage.

Step 4: Final Optimization
The conditioned liquid then flows through your spray boom, which contains additional rod magnets. These provide a final magnetic interaction under pre-nozzle flow conditions, ensuring optimal droplet formation as the spray exits your nozzles.
